The SAP SQL Anywhere ODBC drivers and the MobiLink server are included in the SAP SQL Anywhere 17 product. When SAP does not provide an ODBC driver, then you must use one provided by another vendor. ODBC drivers from other vendors may not support some optional ODBC functionality that the MobiLink server requires. SQL Anywhere is available on many platforms, including Linux, Oracle Solaris, HP-UX, IBM AIX, and Mac OS X. Unique to SQL Anywhere, its database files can be copied between platforms. In addition, SQL Anywhere provides support for many smartphones using its UltraLite database technology for small devices. SQL Anywhere does not release updates in the same manner as ASE and IQ and is a different product. SQL Anywhere uses a major minor and build to identify a specific version and this will map to a specific SP and PL.
